Anyone had this? If so, any reason as to why it happens? Is it a bug or intended?

Our apologies for this. A very brief hiccup in one of our servers caused this. It should all be back online now.

I had this happen, i had to break the connection to the starport services and re connect to them (getting the welcome to the starport animation again) ... did no have to move my ship thankfully.
I had this happen to me for the first time tonight. Tried to get the market listing at Romenak's Folly and got the error message repeatedly. Ended up launching, flying around and redocking and the market came up - but my cargo had disappeared. Then when I tried to purchase more cargo, it came up that the transaction had failed - so I'm guessing there were some problems with the server I was on. Bed time now, so I'll get back to testing tomorrow!
