Came back to ED after a 2 year absence and doing some mining with a friend and his fleet carrier.
I have came across an issue that only appears to affect his FC in that I cannot restock Seismic Charges, yet I can restock Ammo, buy Limpets and repair my Ships.
I went to another FC nearby and was able to restock them fine.
Am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with his FC setup?
