Unable to Scoop M (Red Dwarf) Star

Hi,

I'm at Wredguia MC-N B52-0, and I'm close enough to where a scoop is supposed to activate but does not.

Is KGB FOAM not entirely reliable? The Galaxy map says it's a M (Red Dwarf) Star.
