CQC unable to select ship in CQC

probably been posted before but i cannot find any resolve.

very frustrating when you have moved up through the ranks and then after a restart you find yourself level 3 and no ships are selectable.
again i have moved up a couple of levels but i am unable to select any other ship !!!
as if it was not bad enough to be stuck in this level 1 shopping trolly

Hi commander.

I am not sure which level it is when you get more ships but it isn't that high.

I can tell you that the Condor starting ship is not a shopping trolley Some of the top CQC players use it and only with mods that a new player will have access to after about level 10 or 11.
