Unable to store PP or PD.

Trying to make some changes to my Phantom. But for some reason it is not possible to store the PP and PD when swapping for a new unit. The option to store simply doesn't show up! All other models can be stored. On all other ships this works just fine.

IIf I dock at my carrier, I can swap the PP and PD for other units in storage, but at any station it is not possible. What to do?

I was trying to store one of my power plants while buying a new one this morning, and it did a simple exchange instead, instead of giving me the option to store my old plant. I'll try to reproduce this again myself, and encourage anyone reading this to do the same. Might be worth submitting to the issue tracker.

Edit to add:

I was swapping a Guardian 3A plant out for a newly purchased 3A on an Anaconda. All optionals and core internals otherwise were good to go.

When you store a core module it replaces it with a heavy E rated module. If this exceeds your thrusters max mass or some other limit you won't get the option.

Yeah, it's not that. When I'm on my carrier, I'm able to swap the modules just fine, but at any starport the option doesn't show up. I can use the "store multiple" and choose to store them, and it looks like the modules are stored and replaced. But back in outfitting, the modules are still installed.
