Unable to turn in Federal Supply Navy Ascension mission

Is anyone else having this issue at the moment? Trying to get myself promoted to Recruit. Screenshots will be added when I quit the game for a moment.

The chain of events were I gained the mission in Men Shen, then was sent to Pingga. I then received a message telling me the location had been changed to LTT 5990 - Pashin Holdings Settlement. I have arrived on planet, and when opening missions, there is no claim your reward link. Is this currently broken. Could not find this specific issue in the Bug Reports section.

But before you do, ensure you have enough space in your cargo hold / crafting materials storage for anything that may be given to you as a reward for the mission, if you do not have the space for the reward then you cannot turn in the mission!

So far, what I know is that ascension missions only reward rank promotion and nothing else. I'll stand corrected if someone confirm that there are rank promotion missions that also accompanies material, data or cargo as rewards.

Still worth having some free space in both, some missions have bugged out because holds have been full or mostly full.
