Unable to unlock Storm Station or complete Security Protocols

I am facing some issues progressing in the game...

Security Mission #1, Acquire 50% of Edmontosaurus genome ( i have 100% ) but still unable to unlock, and therefore unable to progress. to #2.
Commercial Park #1. Acquire 50% of Ceratosaurus. ( i have 100% ) either way it still cant unlock. any advice ?
