Unable to update/install Phase 2

Been trying to download Phase 2 since this morning. I keep receiving this error upon completion.

I have attempted to verify file integrity, and even uninstall and reinstall Odyssey, same error occurred.
I would really like to get into Odyssey are there any fixes for this?
