Have literally just upgraded to V2.1.02

2 Mins after upgrading whilst Trading (Joke) in Solo,
Attacked by an AI Anaconda. My Shields including Anaconda's 5 Boosters disappeared in seconds, No way could I boost away, and lost everything. including Cargoe and re-buy 16000000+
2 days ago lost 21000000+ in exactly the same way.
Mod told me to report it - waste of time as usual - no response whatsoever.

These had to be modified weapons, and he was a lot Faster than I - quite obviously with a fully rated A Anaconda I have been playing for some time.
Except the latest Anni where I had reduced the power to an 8B to try and save on rebuy.

Did you take note of the Annie's rank? If it's elite, then what happened is normal.

With respect I do not tell porkies,
He was Master, I do know how to Boost and could not go anywhere,
He destroyed me in seconds, when I have a look maybe I Recorded it all - I hope with Shadow Play

No, but we need a lot more info to assess blame and so will support.

I record all my sessions on shadowplay. Most times I delete immediately after I'm done, but when something nasty does happen, I have it on video for a bug fix or support ticket. Picture, thousand words, blah, blah, blah...

Look at the support site. They are currently saying it can be 72 hours before they respond. You gave them less than 2 days when they are saying they need 3 at the moment. In this case, you might not get a response now because they are giving out credits to those who lost them through insurance.
