Buildings & Attractions underground power lines

Might be interesting for late game stage. Having to use cheaper power cables above ground first. And having a research option to build underground cables that are more expensive.
Since they'd be shielded mostly from storms there should be a cost associated with this advantage.
Otherwise I think this could be a cool inclusion. It also gives players more power to design their parks the way they want.
