Underground tunnels

Am i doing something wrong? or frontier delted this feature? few days ago we were able to make underground tunnels by using "tunnel" in path options, today i tried to make this,but unfortunately,game keep sayin "path blocked by water basin"

If you have a Lake or a River near the Place where you want to build the Tunnel, try deleting the Water, build your Tunnel and refill it. I often have this Problem when I'm trying to build a Path near my Orangutan and Gorilla-Enclosure and then temporarily deleting the Water helps

oh,i just drastically changed meaning of my problem by misspell. i was talking about underwater tunnels
