Hello there! Yesterday i had some time spent undermining Winter's system, it had anarchy gov., and any npc i've killed there had "outlaw" status. Please explain me why i've got 10 notoriety rating after all? Im pledged to Empire power, i went into opposing power's anarchy system, enemies were outlaws, and still im a criminal? i mean, war is war and crime is crime, something is wrong with current C&P system...

Just for curiosity: did you have the Power Bounty even if that was an anarchy government?
Im not sure where i can check it, but after killing npc's no message occured. before patch, no type of bounty was given, cause its anarchy.. so i couldnt even think that there will be any problems with common undermining.
It'd be in your Transactions Tab. Same place where your merit vouchers live, it would show you any Power Bounties or local bounties.
Being pledged to an Imperial Power you should be free of the current UM bug, so it would be interesting to see if the Powerplay really is a totally different game, assigning power bounties even in anarchy systems.

Yes, aside of notoriety gain, ive got bounties in Felicia Winters.. im not tellin that my ship is hot as hell as well and it is pretty annoying.
Yes, I too have received bounties from undermining in an Anarchy system. If this actually is a feature and not a bug then it makes it kind useless having an anarchy system, doesn't it? I'm not even sure how to get rid of these now. Interstellar, powers control station? Good thing this is the last week of the last power, that I want there weapon from. If Power Play wasn't a pain in the a** before, now it's just useless. Not sure how to check notoriety, so can't say whether or not I gained any.

Was PP hunting in LYR control system (BD+49...) around the nav beacon. I'm pledged to LYR in his control station, I find a ship from Zemina Torval, it's marked 'WANTED|ENEMY'. I attack and destroy, and get a 10Kcr bounty from Zemina Torval! For attacking her wanted enemy ship in my control system!? I hate when games change way to many mechanics at one time. Wasn't this game in Beta for a while? No body playing beta did Power Play?

your notoriety displayed at right window in status folder, scroll it down a little bit. Clue is that i havnt got any bounties or notoriety by killing non-pp ships in anarchy systems, affiliated or controlled by any power. Interstellar agent can wash-out your bounties, but only if you have 0 notoriety, and this notoriety goes off only by time you logged in - 1 point per 2 hours.

Ok guys: a Power Bounty is NOT the same as a regular bounty. Your ship doesn't become hot, you have no limitation in that. I think we should consider that more as a "PvP Bonus" for the CMDR that manage to kill you and is able to cash your Power Bounty. So: pushing anarchy governments to control systems doesn't matter anymore.
I think, now you can do Undermining evreywhere. No Matter, if its Anarchy or a government. You to get allways a Power Bounty .

THe ship still requires an extra fee to transfer though and since you cannot loose the bounty in interstellar contacts this can be an issue
Yes, it can. That currently is an open bug that FDev is investigating. This thread discusses the issue in more detail.
Voronwe is talking about how Power Bounties should be working. Currently, they are not working this way.
Oh jesus... yes its been talked a lot lately. You do get pp bounties in anarchy and up until recently bad boy points too. Now bad boy points should be fixed. I did undermining today, with either interdicting pp targets and getting interdicted by pp targets; killing them and no bad boy points. So the fix works, if not for you, bug report and support ticket train you should join. Another thing, PP bounties and bad boy points update show up only after relog. Fly safe out there
I thought I was doing the same earlier today; I got interdicted in Bunda as per usual, and opened fire. ATR response team, 30 mil rebuy. -_- Come to find out, Bunda is no longer anarchy! It's a high security now. I'll always double check the system security from now on. Lesson learned.
