Is there anything that I can do with the legislative records that the bureaucrats drop occasionally? Like, can I turn them in or something?

Oh there are plenty of options. You can collect them, abandon them again, bombard planetary outposts with them and other fun stuff. If they are still paper based you could also improve your origami skills I guess. ;)

For PowerPlay they are completely useless (unless you are Mahon). You can completely ignore all PP commodities that come from powers that belong to a different major faction in fact.

I'll come in here and also say to please join us at fed.enjin.com and the Federation TeamSpeak (link on our Enjin site). We don't undermine the Alliance, and while one commander isn't going to cause a diplomatic incident, we can put you to much better use. :) Spawns are better when you're in a wing so you'll also earn merits faster when you wing up with us!

@Shepron, Good on ya. It's good to know, I will use them to dropon outposts from low orbit, or even in the atmosphere! I do however with you could snatch a merit or two turning them in considering they should be useful to the opposition (Us/Winters)
