Horizons understanding trade routes

So, I'm on a mission to find resonating separators at a suitable market, so, I have a look at the galactic map to see who exports them, Then head to LHS 274, the only visible exporter around, but there are none to be found in the commodities. on any of the stations, and none of the stations list them as an export (unless I missed one)

Am I missing something important about finding a certain item at market?

I find the galmap to be not necessarily accurate. I consider it as a general guideline, but I don't trust what is written. I never dug into the details to it, but I suspect others have an decent analysis posted somewhere on the forum...

If I really need to find specific commodities or such, I typically load up https://eddb.io/ or similar on the web , find the station or commodity there.. then back to the game. I don't like doing that though... I'd rather stick to doing everything in-game as intended. The game itself just doesn't have the mechanics to effectively search nearby systems for commodities. It a bit silly of a game mechanic IMO. In such a day and age they can communicate and travel across vast distances, but as far as a basic market/commodity network that aids in commerce... nope. One would think it would be in nearby system's interests to share market data with each other to encourage trade.
