Four of the five Aquatic Pack animals will almost certainly also use the Underwater Feeder in addition to the Saltwater Crocodile. And I suspect that this will be applied to at least the Gharial as well, but I doubt it would be applied to other animals that enjoy water but aren't aquatic (such as the grizzly or polar bears).

It's been confirmed that at present the underwater feeder will work for the new animals and the saltwater crocodile. Not any other from the game at the moment because of the work needed.
