I left Lugh to join the fight at Kappa Fornacis. When I left I had a 72k fine and was unfriendly (and going down) with the federation.
I arrived at Kappa Fornacis and immediately got missions for Kappa Fornacis Farmers Union and was popping many ships in the fed cap ship areas.
My rep is going up for the Farmers Union... but also going up with Federation? Huh?
