Some, but nothing worth the while. Metal rich, terraformable, gas giants with rings, and then the black holes and neutron stars. Those are the real profitable ones!
When scanning a system I've always tried to capture everything I can (including belts). Then look around for movement not within the Galaxy backdrop (not easy) it has netted me around 300K so far. Usefu when long jumping for trades get to top up the credits (with a fuel scoop).
