Unfair ban on my account

Dear Frontier,

Recently my account was banned because someone else put up my account on sale without my permission. I shared a screenshot of my stats with fellow ED players and someone used this screenshot and posted a selling request on a forum claiming they own the account, probably with an intent to scam people as account login details are only with me.

Later someone logged a complaint because the screenshot showed my CMDR name and I was banned without any notice.


I have also tried to reach out to support before regarding this but there was no reply from their side.


Please lift this ban, I really want to play again.

Not something that anyone can help you with on the forums. It has to be a matter for FD support.

If no response from support, feel free to poke them via your support ticket. I'll also highlight this thread for the Community Managers to look into.

But afraid i have to lock the thread.
