Unidentified signal sources not appearing on screen

I get messages in my INFO box the its found a unidentified signal source, but there is nothing on the screen, navigation bar or contact list. Anyone have any ideas why.

You got 'em filtered out, maybe?

I have them selected on the filter, besides, filtering does not affect the screen, only the list in the nav tab. I think

Have you tried looking for them using the FSS?

Have a screenshot of the Inbox message?
Just realized you said INFO box. Those go away and can't be reviewed like Comms can. When the Info message appears, check the Navigation list in the left HUD panel for new ones. There once was a bug where they spawned at the rear end of your sensor range so quickly would disappear and thus wouldn't be listed. Maybe that bug has made a return.

If they are more than 1000 ls far from you, you need to use the FSS to make them appear in the nav panel

Edit: or scan the local nav beacon...
