I too would much prefer my flag on my Cobra, but I think the odds of a flag set for the cobra in less than a year is probably about nill. FDev doesn't seem to be in a position where it's able to crank out paint jobs very quickly, and there is a lot of more important paint work still to be done, so I think that re-creating this specialized paint set for a different ship will be (rightly) too far down the priority list to happen in the foreseeable future, if at all, ever.
