Unique SRV Boost Problem - Classic Layout DS4

Right after the update on the 17th of this month (January 2019) my SRV has lost the ability to not only boost but anything associated with "CIRCLE" on my DS4 controller. Yes, I have 3 controllers, tried them all, fully charged, 1 is brand spanking new.

If I monkey it with enough it will hop like a rabbit (won't stop boosting) until I remove all pips from engines. My standard layout no longer works. Just curious if anyone else, using the Classic Layout for the DS4 Controller is experiencing a similar issue or is this something specific to myself?

More than one of my online friends has walked through all the controls and nothing seems to be out of sorts other than the lost functionality. I've placed a bug report (twice) now only received the standard "We are looking into it" response. I plan to become Andy Dufresne.

I can still use the SRV just I can't boost, which surprisingly I use a lot more than I thought. I guess all those years playing GTA5 has appeased the inner daredevil.

Sounds like you have circle mapped to two competing actions. (or no actions).

have you checked the control configuration to see what is set up as circle.
(try and assign it to another srv action and it will tell you if it clashes with something.)

I've been through it a couple of times, but I've been through the entire driving (SRV) functions and found no clashes. Circle + R1 for the Discovery Scanner doesn't even work. Like I've said, interesting situation.

What happens when I hold down circle in the SRV;

Nothing.

Is this the case for different SRVs? On different ships? Sometimes when there's problems with the SRV/hangar it helps to just store or sell the whole thing. Never heard of a problem concerning a specific button though.

It's puzzling isn't it? Yet if I set default controls, it works, though I have been using Classic Layout since PS4 Launch of June 2017. I don't want to change over now that I am 9,000LY away from the Bubble.

I believe something was corrupted the last update.. call it a hunch... I can't see anything wrong with the setup?
