My first hunch is that they're making space to drop the new player-backed power into. That's reportely being added in 2.2, which is about 6 weeks away.

Its in our carefully preserved PP free zone - so it would be typical if our reward for keeping our bit of space power free was to have one put on top of us. Hope they like communism as a gov type.

Though 6 weeks from now is middle of october, which would align with the 2.2 release, so i'm thinking that's actually what it is.

Think I'm just going to forget about this, so I don't get disappointed.
