When, if ever, will the Universal Cartographics be ready for business in my new spaceport? At the
moment it is greyed out. Every shop has been open and gleefully at my service for weeks now.

The quick solution is to build a science outpost, UC will be available there instantly, but might not be available in your other constructions in the system. I have the same bug/feature in my system.

When you've built enough installations with the right number of blue arrows in the right area.

Tech level seems important, but there might be other factors.

Thanks Kzak. I've been thinking about an outpost of some sort eventually. After the bugs are fixed of course. That and some useful documentation and an Undo button. Not hauling a single ton until then. Plenty of UC offices nearby.

Step 1:
Build an orbital stn.

Step 2:
You gotta get 'allied' status with a neighboring system that has UC.

Step 3:
You gotta arrive at neighboring orbital with a Large Luxury Passenger Cabin, 50 propaganda, and some rare artifact gifts.

Step 4:
Deliver your propaganda. Deliver your rare artifact gifts, and pay a 50 Million credit bribe to convince the local UC rep to relocate to your system.

Step 5:
Deliver the UC rep to your desired orbital stn.

Oh wait.... that's just what I was thinking would be a great idea.
Instead just build more tech facilities until UC appears.

Has anyone tried to build this Surfice Hub listed as Exploration?
Could it add the Universal Cartographics to our stations, if we build it?
