unknown artifact -- cracked

sorry if this has already been posted, I've been away for a few weeks, just got back on and ran into this unkown artifact thing.
Anyway, downloaded the sounds others have found, and played around with the file -- some reverb here and there, noise cancellation, sped it up, changed pitch, some frequency cancellation ... and ... voila!!

I had problems with this in IE, chrome worked:

Yes quality, that and idk the Cylons just seem to be more of a bad (you know) enemy than the Borg.
