Unknown Permit required 10kLy from Sag A* (towards Beagle Point)

Hello,

I'm on my way to Beagle Point and I ran across an area of space locked out by an Unknown Permit.
It starts around 10.5kLy from Sagittarius A* directly towards Beagle Point and spans quite some area. It took me a while to find a detour.
Does anyone knows anything about this (except the obvious "reserved for future content")?
