I was in a combat zone near Knight Port in the Daramo system and after 30 minutes of play, i noticed that my multi-cannon ammo was still at 2100. I watched it reload and noticed my max ammo count wasn't going down. Same for my Plasma Acc. Has anyone else noticed this?

Me too. I was reducing the imperial headcount at Daramo and after an hour in a CZ I still had 2100 rounds per gun. If it's any help they were a pair of c2 gimbaled multicannons on an FDL. I had prior been at the multicannon engineer, donoting the bounties needed but no upgrades actually made.
I believe this is on the list of known bugs.
Additionally, when I bought a mine launcher, it had no ammo loaded. Wonder if they are linked somehow? It did use ammo, though, when fired.

Missile, torpedo and mine launchers come empty from the store. You have to buy ammo separately. It was always like that. Probably station security reasons.
Other than that, yay! We've got NPCs' multicannons!

This be what I'm seeing.
So what happens when it is all missing from your supply? Do you stick at "zero", or do you go negative and have a huge bill at next dock?
You can only deplete a maximum of one magazine.

AI should have got PLAYER MCs (that is with limited ammo) - now we got theirs.
Sorry to tell you this, but if you have unlimited MC ammo you are a NPC.
I'm glad i wasn't the only one. Oh well, better take advantage while i can. I'm heading back out to the CZ! Gotta get that top 10 percent!
What are the odds that when FD fix this .. some people complain that FD has ruined the game
