Engineers Unlock The Dweller at Pareco - five black markets in one system

If you're starting from scratch with your black market activities and you want to unlock The Dweller, who needs you to have traded with five black markets, then you can do this easily by buying five units of narcotics at HR 7294/Springer Market (14.63ly from Pareco), flying over to Pareco and visiting each of the starports/outposts with a black market (only Asire Port doesn't have a black market). Sell one unit of narcotics at each station and The Dweller's invitation appears in your inbox (maybe after relogging).

Pareco is an unusual system in that the primary star has no planets and there's an industrial estate about 11.4kls from it. The starports are really close together so it's a simple matter to visit each in turn. Good luck.

THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Couldn't sell the square root of jack SH*T at any of the Black Markets. Though it was a bug. Tried this and it took about 30-45 min in total including travel time. Only had 1 fine for $10K. Whoop de doo. This is THE method for unlocking the Dweller. Could be more pleased. This works as of 11 June 2020. F*ck COVID.

Today, 1 Sep 3308, and Springer Market does not have any stock of narcotics, but it's easy enough to find another source nearby with inara and the like. Selling in Pareco is still very convenient.
