I suppose these particular structures have been encountered by others.
I have just come back from a Pleiades salvaging tour and found two instances of these seemingly unpurposed buildings in different systems in that nebula.
Both structures were sentry defended and had a stack of cargo containers sitting loose inside their perimeters. I the case of the ones I found the cargo was Tea (which sells for above market value out in that nebula):
900 or so hours in game now, mostly exploring and salvage, but I've never encountered these structures anywhere else so far. Any available intel on their origin and purpose appreciated.....
