Unpayable Bounty??

As the title suggests, I had a bounty (Was really stupid don't ask), and now it's a fine...but there is no place to pay it.

It's a Bounty for Felicity Farseer...but there's no place to pay the fine.

Any Ideas?

They increase your ship insurance amount,so it IS important to pay it.

It is a bug so better raise a ticket.

My bounty stayed for a week then vanished on the next jump.

You used to be able to pay them off, now you can't.
