Unrealistic Interdictions

Ok, it's not the fact that I was interdicted twice back to back that bothers me, I have two missions that say that could be thing, no prob...

But I am doing over 1000c in the middle of nowhere at maximum velocity. Then two (2) different ships from two different missions back to back in the middle of nowhere 200k from my destination and 300k from the entry star interdict me within seconds of each other, and out here, **I will see you coming** as there is nothing else out here.

I have done interdictions doing strike contracts, and getting lined up with a target is not that easy, and I don't see how that's even possible at these speeds and these locations.

This is unrealistic to the game mechanics, and nothing buggers me more is when NPCs cheat to accomplish their goal. As I said, it's not the fact that I was interdicted, it's the fact the NPCs cheated to pull it of. What's up with that!? [alien]

Now, if I was closer to my destination, one could say, "yea, they knew you were headed there and beat you to it." Ok, I could buy that, but, if I can't see you coming way out here, then I want the Thargoid cloaking and/or teleportation devices pirates seem to have access to. hrump. [blah]

Agreed. I was mission hopping last night and doing many small jumps in quick succession. Most of the time my pursuing NPCs were at my destination station before I'd even arrived myself - WTH?! Then there's the "uber range" of their FSD interdictors... :S
