Unrecoverable error, Error Code: Yellow Adder

There are lots of errors being reported at the moment. Just bear with it or try later, it appears to be a server-side issue

Keep trying, it took me a few attempts but I finally got in.

I'm on the PC and the game crashes every time I try to jump. Now the modes are all greyed out.
Error 404 servers not online for my area. Oh well 'typical' after update issues. It will work eventually...

I got in, got the Black Adder error, got back in. The error in Squadron Management that existed a couple weeks ago is back: can’t see myself or any other squad mate online
