"Unrecoverable error on transaction server."

Getting this all of a sudden since about 2pm UK time today.

Any time I try to jump, the countdown starts, the animation starts, then it crashes out with this error.

Anyone else?

No problems here. Been playing for the last 3 hours. 9:30AM Ohio. -5 hours GMT.

Do you have lots of missions stacked, apparently that can cause transaction problems?

2 missions (to different places), just flying along on a route then it just stopped working. Looking in logs it shows this:

Bit random since the jump that was failing was well under my maximum range (and was plotted by the route finder anyway)

Resolved it by jumping to somewhere that was 1.19ly away, then I could do long jumps again. Strange.
