Unregistered Comms beacon

So - i ran into (literally) an unregistered comms beacon last night? It was chanting an apparent random string of numbers that did not repeat (least not while i was there (5 minutes).

Human tech - Gateway system - thoughts?

These often point to things, such as lost generation ships, thargoid bases or abandoned secret bases if you can decipher the signal.

i see yours is in numbers. I presume you may need to swap the numbers for letters and get a location that way. i believe they use a Caesar cipher

Ahh there was a 'charlie' thrown in there at one point - i saved the video clip i might b=go back and transcribe the numbers. I could easily find it again if needed to.
