Several Unregistered Comms Beacons that are part of a mystery, which can be found in core systems.

Interesting. No idea what it means but some observations:
- both blocks, the numeric string and the R/C items, are 25 units long, so there may be a correspondence between them
- it's possible that there's a 5x5 grid involved given 25, but maybe not
- most of the numbers in the first part are low numbers, so possibly it represents a frequency count of some sort? Plenty of other possibilities, though.
