Hayo fellow zookeepers!

Planet Zoo - 1.3.4 Update Notes
General fixed

  • Fixed guests randomly entering a state of 'trapped' and then heading home.
  • Fixed staff not finding available staff rooms
  • General staff and guest navigation fixes.
Stability
  • Further crash and stability fixes.
Please make sure your game is up-to-date, and continue to share your feedback, suggestions, and any bugs you discover with us. Thanks all! :D

Thank you for the update. Seems to have been some nasty bugs that were hard to fix, as the update is unusual small.

I'll post this here and in the other update thread, so that most players see this. The bug where climbing structures aren't calculated correct has been reported here . Please, everyone, I really understand any antipathy with the issue tracker, but I would be very happy if you offer a short moment of your time and just submit a quick comment, so this bug will be one that will be worked on soon. Thank you in advance!

After months of bugs and issues since the dlc and free update, my game seems to be finally fixed for now! Staff are doing there jobs and guests are entering my zoo and having a good time. God bless you devs and for all the hard work you do!!! I've haven't been this happy for a long time! I can officially enjoy playing PZ!!! 😄 Hopefully the game stays bug free and I'll let you know if I find new and old ones.

Thanks for the update! :)

I noticed that the issue tracker ticket about the dingo dissapearing in the water pool enrichment expired. Sadly I cannot access the issue tracker, so I would like to contribute in this thread, made a quick video with the bug.

Specs:
OS : Windows 10
Processor: Intel Core i5 7600K CPU 3.80Ghz
Memory: 16 GB
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 8GB

Happens when zooming on the dingo both on normal camera and on animal camera.

Not sure how many people are actually seeing this bug, because I only saw one ticket and it expired. Would be great if anyone could confirm.

Hayo @Swjosdotschka, thanks for posting this (and your Issue Tracker report!), the team are taking a look into it. If anyone has experienced this, please send your save file to community@frontier.co.uk, so we can take a look into it!

Thanks for this, @FoxyDee! The animal is getting culled from view as it animates away from its starting location before using the pool. The dev team are aware of it, and they're looking to fix it for a future update. Thank you! :D

Not my issue report, someone else took the work for me :D But I'll send you my save file by tomorrow and hope it'll help. It's rather unpredictable when the bug happens, didn't find a pattern yet.

Thanks for the update, its not mentioned but did this also finally fix the issue with staff dropping animals boxed in the middle of guest paths all over the park ? And did it fix the litter bug with litter popping up all over the park ?

So far I can say that the game seem to be bug free for now, will keep an eye out if anything does come up and report that. Only minor thing I noticed that I dont know if the team is aware of but maybe @Chante Goodman can answer that is that when a Koala climbs a frame made for them to climb on then an alert pops up every now and then saying the Animal Escaped. Doesnt happen constantly so no idea why it even triggers it since he is in the middle of his habitat on a climbing frame with nowhere to go out.

Still waiting for fix of my crash issues (propably caused by female mandrill climb animation as such was a result of research made by one person from frontier supp)

Well the Koala climbing bug happens more and more, it keeps popping up that the Koala escaped so surely this must be a bug ?? Also tried it in different parks same issue, it only stays as escaped for a short period before the game says O no he didnt escape and removes the warning. @Chante Goodman can you report this issue back to the team, I can send a save game if needed.

Hey @FunGaming, I am active on the forums everyday (including weekends), so don't worry about tagging me in posts, I will see them. Further up the thread, I requested save files on the koala climbing bug (and received some save files already, thank you!), we are aware of it - please send your save file to community@frontier.co.uk!
