Update 1.3. is really brilliant

Hi community,

so I've been playing 1.3 for a while now, and - what can I say - it really looks brilliant.

The way how the new passenger mechanic integrates with the powers and their goals amazes me. The new missions are way better than the old ones. The powerplay seems terrific and especially the two Alliance powers are something different from the usual stuff.

One thing that I find a bit disappointing, though: It is not really clear for me how the exploited systems and their generated command capital works. While I can easily find out which systems are exploited and which are controlled, the amount of command capital generated and consumed in the stats section could use some love to make it easier to understand.

Furthermore I think that the mass / jump range relation on the Diamondback seems to be a bit off. I think in an A configuration the Diamondback should be able to jump about 6.23% further.

But these are minor issues and I look forward to seeing them fixed in 1.3.1.
