Update 1.4.2

Greetings everyone, today we have an update rolling into the station!

This will be update 1.4.2, and consists of the following fixes...

  • Resolved a crash that could occur when entering the Career menus.
  • Resolved a crash that could occur when playing videos on billboards.
  • Fixed an issue where selecting objects with the same colour palette could not be recoloured together.
  • Added colour options to the Park Bin so it is no longer white.
  • General stability fixes and improvements.

Brett, thanks for this. You would make my Forbidden Valley (Alton Towers) recreation COME TO LIFE if I could recolour both water (SFX and standing) and the artificial snow pieces.

Please can you look in to making this happen, I would love it:

Thanks Brett :) I have done so but it hasn't had a response. I'm considering sending a box of chocolates to Bo and every piece she removes will have a part of my re-colour request underneath, like this scene in the Simpsons:

I'm really hoping it's possible if you could slip a note on someone's desk :O I know it's asking a lot. But Nemesis with crisp white walls doesn't look right - especially as it's just been repainted:

I love the fact that the updates come quick and fast.. is there any news on the peeps walking single file on path or plaza issue yet?

Only one colour (wood) is colourable now, instead of 2 (wood and concrete) like the bench and picknick bench of the same style.

Does this 1.4.2 Update incluse a fix for the Staff and Guests path issue? Where the staff and guests walk to one side of the pathways in a single file line?

im having issues with y mechanics...some broken rides keep saying no mechanic available but i put down some mechanics and gave them an area to work in but nothing...they just walk pass and not fix anything also when i place staff buildings it says energy feature disabled so staff wont use the building what does that mean and how do i fix it..help!!!!!

That has to be one of the best Planet Coaster recreations of Forbidden Valley and Nemesis I have ever seen! I can't get over how accurate it all is!! You should be very proud of it! [happy][big grin]
