I mean 2021I have a question: Will there be a new update in 2020? There are 4 DLCs now (1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4) will there be another 1.5 or maybe a 2.1? It's been almost 3 months again so I think it could happen. (I hope there will be a package of birds!) Does anyone know more about this?
I agree with you on this. I would also really like it if there were aquariums. With animals such as the clownfish.yeah unfortunately as much as Frontier posts the nice but not official game content stuff on their facebook social media (animal fun facts, screen shots, the challenges and my favorite being the workshop and video spotlights) they are not very communicative about what's to come and when. Though we can surmise like darthquell said, probably around 4-ish months from the last update and DLC. Since we don't know I always tend to give them a month leeway either way in their head, and expect we'll see something between March and May.
I'm hoping for exhibit upgrades. The animals are nice but the exhibits and their 1x1 model being the only model available is uninteresting to me. I honestly mainly use the exhibit animals for early zoo money making, there's just not a huge focus for me and I think for many players, though I'm sure they are the best part of the game for some as well.
That could be, but since the previous package was not about a continent, I think there could be another package that is not about a continent. I hope very much that it comes early March! In my best guest, update 1.5 WILL come out on either March 9th, 16th, or 30th (I really dont see them going past that). This will be accompanied by a DLC which we dont know yet but the most likely scenario would be a Southeast Asia Pack with the Sun Bear along with others.
I agree I'd like to see an expansion of exhibit design options too.yeah unfortunately as much as Frontier posts the nice but not official game content stuff on their facebook social media (animal fun facts, screen shots, the challenges and my favorite being the workshop and video spotlights) they are not very communicative about what's to come and when. I once had a Reptile House in a old Zoo that was really popular. Maybe because it had also a Room that was the Home for the Saltwater Crocodiles. This is off topic, but as I understand it, "reptile houses" are among the most popular areas in real life zoos, but I've never had much luck getting many patrons into the reptile halls I've built (even if I include restrooms and some benches and vendors), let alone putting much $$$ in the donation bins. I wish they could give them more crowd appeal in the game.
They are? I'm surprised. I can see it seeming more crowded because visually, the crowd's all enclosed of course. Maybe I'm just biased, I'm not a bit reptile/amphibian person for the most part. Invertebrates even less. This is off topic, but as I understand it, "reptile houses" are among the most popular areas in real life zoos, but I've never had much luck getting many patrons into the reptile halls I've built (even if I include restrooms and some benches and vendors), let alone putting much $$$ in the donation bins. I would try adding animal talks to an exhibit animal or a habitat animal. These seem to really draw big crowds to an area. But make sure the closest animal talk is nearby. And also, make sure that close by animal talk is scheduled for a month, say June, thane set up the next one in August so they have one month to listen to the talk and one month to move to the next. Some people just move to every animal talk in the zoo, I’ve found. This is off topic, but as I understand it, "reptile houses" are among the most popular areas in real life zoos, but I've never had much luck getting many patrons into the reptile halls I've built (even if I include restrooms and some benches and vendors), let alone putting much $$$ in the donation bins. Yes, and to make them "animal interactive", maybe the educator cam be holding the animal (with gloves on, of course, to avoid a bite).
