Upon the first launch of the game after update 11, I successfully docked and disembarked on my fleet carrier. After taking off to do some business, I returned to my fleet carrier, only to realise that the disembark button is now greyed out. Relogging nor switching my ship did not solve the issue. Please help.
UPDATE 11. I Disembarked once on my Fleet Carrier and haven't been able to do the same since.

I'm having the same problem. After updating, I disembarked and explored my Fleet Carrier, got back in my ship and exited EDO. After starting EDO today, I did some mining for Tritium, went back to my FC, I select a 499.71LY destination to jump to, and found DISEMBARK is grayed out, so I can't go to the seats to watch/experience the hyperjump. I cancelled the hyperjump as I was really looking forward to experience it for myself. I even held off watching YouTube videos of FC hyperjumps so I could see it for myself from my own FC. 
EDIT: I got the DISEMBARK to appear again! This is how:
I had to resume all the optional services I have on my Fleet Carrier (all the optional services were suspended). After that, I suspended them again, and DISEMBARK was still available. Until I turn my computer off for the night, I won't know until I restart EDO tomorrow, if I'll be able to disembark or not.
