Update 13 and stutter

Just wondering if anyone is experiencing more stutter since the release of update 13.

Prior to update 13 Id only ever experience stutter close to the surface or on bodies that had plenty of geology or biology.

Since update 13 I'm getting consistence stutter in the hyperspace tunnel and general flight in super cruise and wondering if its just me or others are experiencing the same?

I just played for the first time since the update and I've got bad stutter on the loading screen with the spinning ship, which is new. In game I can't really compare yet because I'm in a new location doing new stuff. When I'm back in space at my usual haunts I'll see.

Edit: Played again last night and all the stutter is gone.

Yeah I have this issue as well, pre update 13 I was running really smooth , but since update 13 I have had very bad frame stutter and even audio loss at time, like a stutter in the audio and static , Elite is the only game I have this issue with and as i stated only since the update 13 .
