Did you raise an issue or put in a customer support ticket they are two different things. Customer Support tickets usually get responded to right away, at least with a confirmation email, raising an issue as in an issue report may not ever get responded to.

I put in a customer support ticket which last time I checked was still marked as confirming

Fuuny, last two times I put a problem in to customer support it was responded to by email immediately and sorted in 24 hours.

Yeah that's what I have been trying to confirm, whether it was a customer support ticket or an issue on the issue tracker. When you put in a customer support ticket you get an email back and don't need to wait for a"confirming" response."
