Update a blueprint

Hi all,

So I uploaded to the workshop a blueprint and I intend to make some additions/modifications. I would be a bit annoyed to say the least if I lost the comments/subscribtions so I have been holding back on doing that.

So would anyone be able to tell me if it is possible to update an existing (and uploaded blueprint on the workshop) without having to remove it ? And if so, how ?
