Many people want new stuff for the lagoon, so I posted this.
Decorations:
New decorations like more coral reef decorations and a coral and kelp brush should be added.

Decorations like cages and some other stuff already in the game should also be added to the lagoon.
Attractions:
We should also get a lagoon submarine tour for guests and shark tunnels (only reaches across length of one lagoon)
Other:
Other stuff that I think could be changed is that the Nothosaurus would also be available in the land hatchery and can enter and exit the lagoon with a ramp that the Archelon would also use.
