Hehe. Your suggestion is waaaaay too OP. YOu are basically suggesting a faster, almost as agile Vulture with two extra small hardpoints for half the price. Wut?

Actually it's double the price.

I wouldn't mind a Fed only upgrade of the Vulture as an answer to the Imperial Clipper. Why is core dynamics selling ships to non feds anyways?

I would change it to have 1 large, 3 med, agility about the same as a Cobra and 5 Utility slots. Perhaps in range of a more versatile combat Vulture-ish compatible ship.
