I have done 5 internal report deliveries today and on every one as I am coming in to land I get an updated mission message telling me if I can deliver the report faster I get a bonus. But in all of the missions it lists the time available as 0 hours and 0 minutes. When 2.1 came out when I got mission updates I always got at least a few minutes to deliver the goods but not anymore.

But really, its a common bug, and i'm sure they will fix it when next minor patch happens
