But I guess my long range mission is getting nuked promptly on Monday regardless? I'm about 15,000 LY from completing a passenger run I should have had two more weeks to finish, now cut down to less than a week . I'm going to slamming the coffee and the jumps tonight, but I fear I may not have time before Monday to finish this run.

Hard to say. Generally speaking missions are erased when the servers go down for the upload. This usually takes +-4 hours, not 24. If the servers dont go down on monday, the missions may very well stay for a bit. But no guarantees whatsoever, they can be, and very well may be, deleted as soon as monday.

I start long range mission week or little bit more before I've received this message as well, I'm disappointed with the way we were treated, I simply lost 2 weeks flying in a direction of galaxy center. I believe that we should get something more then just that message.
