Upgrade "Elite: D pre-order" to "Beta". Is it possible?

I've tried searching the forums, but can't find any info on this.

I currently have the Elite Dangerous pre-order on my account. Is there a way I can upgrade this to one of the Betas?

Try to contact the support and ask a refund and then buy the beta pack. Not sure... But you should try
