Upgrade of Parkinson Dock Complete?

I just read the news about the Upgrade of Parkinson Dock Complete. Was this a community goal? This is the first news I've even read about it and I didn't see it posted in the Active Community Goals Thread. How are we supposed to find out about these?

It was all over galnet at the time. You must have just missed it by bad luck and it was on the thread thanks to Broken Storm. Anything interesting at the Dock?

Ah ok was it the "THE ART OF WAR" community goal? I assumed it was a new CG that just ended today but Art of War ended on the 28th and I do think I participated in that one. Just don't want to miss out on any of these they earn so many credits I love it

that station has been broken for weeks with nothing in the shipyard (glitched) and nothing in outfitting either. Maybe what it means is, they have fixed it.

Well, I thought I remember that the goal was changing it to Hi-Tech in 3 weeks. So was always going to take time to transition.

The are a couple of Gal Net news feed apps for Android and Apple that you can pop on your phone.

Alliance now has 1000s and 1000s of data updates on systems that the explorers handed over to them.

How long do you think it would take them to go through it all?
