Upgrading the Asp...

So I made a nice trader out of my Asp - which has been upgraded a bit... I found a very usefull guide upgrading it towards a trading vessel but never found a post on how to upgrade it to become a hunter... Any info on this one cause with the firepower concentrated it looks like a p-38 Lightning to me ��

Upgrade your power distributor for more weapon, shield and engine juice. If you use gimballed weapons or turrets its important to max out your sensors to increase their effective range and accuracy. Add shield cells to let you resist fire.

As far as weapons go it seems to be personal choice. 6 gimballed multicannons is cheap, hilariously effective and sort of spectacular loadout, but I went for dual class 2 beam lasers (shield takedown) and four multicannons (hull reduction), works quite well.
