How do I upload an entire park to Steam?

From the Main Menu into the "My Parks" menu, click on the Steam logo in the park save thumbnail.
Is it still possible to work on a park when it is on steam? or will I need to take it down, make the changes, then release it again?

You will have to download the park to make changes.
